Host A Clinic

Thanks for your interest in hosting a NeuroPickleball clinic!  We’d love to collaborate with you.  Here are the things we ask hosts to pull together in order to make a clinic work:

1.  The ability to reserve at least 4 adjacent pickleball courts, for 3 hours, once or twice a day for three days in a row.

2.  At least 16 people who are willing to commit to attending all three clinics.

3. You’re located in the U.S.

If this is doable for you, fill out this form to share your details with us.  Once we receive your request, we’ll reach out to schedule a Zoom meeting, where we can discuss the next steps.
